Preparation:
Make sure you have a few days to chill, even if you don’t feel tired, it’s essential. Stock up on veggies, fruits and supplements. Supplements I recommend: B Vitamins, Milk Thistle, Vitamin C, and a good cleanse formula with turmeric, dandelion root, fennel, just to name a few.
During:
Expect that around day 3-4 you’re going to feel pretty lousy.
- Meditation helps to keep your mind calm
- Magnesium helps if you get constipated
- Allow slip ups if they happen
- Try to stick to raw if your body will handle it
- Notice how you feel and keep connecting with yourself

After:
Gradually ease back into eating solid food.
I broke my fast with some pinto beans, with raw chopped up veggies.
I continued to have smoothies for breakfast.

1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
1-2 tbsp fresh cilantro
½ of a tomato
1/2 cucumber
½ an avocado
1lime (squeeze the juice)
1/2 tbsp cumin
½ tbsp turmeric
½ tbsp curry
½ tbsp Himalayan crystal salt (or sea salt)
1-2 servings of unflavored plant fusion protein powder
2-3 cups of water

4-5 small broccoli florets
2 pieces romaine lettuce
¾ cup spinach raw
½ inch of raw turmeric
1 tbsp chia seeds
ice (I like mine cold)
optional 1 tbsp of raw cacoa
optional 1tbsp of coconut oil
